यामिमां पुष्पितां वाचं प्रवदन्त्यविपश्चितः । वेदवादरताः पार्थ नान्यदस्तीति वादिनः ॥ 2-42 ||
English Transcription
Yaamimaam Pushpitaam Waacham Prawadantyawipashchitah | Wedawaadartaah Paartha Naanyadasteeti Waadinah || 2-42 ||
Hindi Translation
Hey Prithanandan, jo vedon me kahe hue sakaam karmon me preeti rakhne wale hain, bhogon ke siwaaye or kuch hai hi nahi aisa kehne wale hain, or jo pushpit dikhaau shobhayukt vaani ko kaha karte hain.
English Translation
Flowery speech is uttered by the foolish, rejoicing in the letter of the Vedas, O Partha, saying there is nothing but this.
