हतो वा प्राप्स्यसि स्वर्गं जित्वा वा भोक्ष्यसे महीम् । तस्मादुत्तिष्ठ कौन्तेय युद्धाय कृतनिश्चयः ॥ 2-37 ||
English Transcription
Hato Wa Praapsyasi Swargam Jitwa Wa Bhokshyase Maheem | Tasmadutishtha Kauteya Yudhaaya Kritnischayah || 2-37 ||
Hindi Translation
Agar tum yudh me maare jaoge to tumhe swarg ki prapti hogi or agar tum yudh me jeet jaoge to prithvi rajya ko shasit karoge. To hey Arjun, ab tum yudha ke liye nishchay kar ke khade ho jaao.
English Translation
If you die in this battle you will obtain heaven. If you win, you will obtain the entire kingdom of Earth. So now, O son of Kunti, get up, brace yourself and be ready for the war.
