Garbha Gauri Rudraksha, as the name suggests, is the Rudraksha bead for people who need to start a family together. It is more like the 13 Mukhi Rudraksha, but the only difference here is that 13 Mukhi Rudraksha is for love, lust, and attraction and increasing the fertility rate of the couple, whereas, Garbha Gauri Rudraksha is for the couple who are either sure of starting a family together or who need to have a proper pre-pregnancy, mid-pregnancy and post-pregnancy care for a healthy and safe childbirth and child growth.

Garbha Gauri Rudraksha is for the Garbha (uterus) health of the mother and the child inside the uterus. So if the mother is not getting pregnant, she should wear this to conceive. If the mother is already pregnant, they should wear this for a healthy 9 months delivery period. If the mother has already delivered the child, she should wear this for a healthy and happy childhood for the child.

Garbha Gauri Rudraksha looks like two Rudraksha beads joined together, one small bead on top of a seemingly bigger bead. In general, the smaller bead is around 1.5 times smaller than the bigger bead to be qualified for a good Garbha Gauri Rudraksha bead. If the bead size is not in the proportion of 1.5:1 then the bead is referred to as Gauri Shankar Rudraksha.
